Hi

Is it possible to get directions from a given address to a location in the database!

Say I am at 2 Main St. Fort Worth, TX, and the place I am trying to locate is at 601 Lancaster Ave, Fort Worth, TX. Can your application give the distance and maybe the directions?

So I guess what I am asking, is if your application really does dynamic locator services, or will I have enter each location address (lat, long) by hand!

The reason I am asking is, I saw some examples that supposedly were using you base application. But reading you documentation I don't see how it is possible (dynamic address to lat, long)!

TIA

Randy,

Ultimate Locator does not perform the mapping functons. We leave that up to the map professionals over at Google Maps and Yahoo Maps.

UL will simply allow your visitors to click a special 'View a Map' link, which will transport them over to Google or Yahoo. Then your users can print, zoom in, or get driving directions directly from Google or Yahoo's site.

Hope this helps!
