I am new to sql layouts. Though our web server has had this, I have no knowledge. I downloaded the manual (which is huge) and have been trying to understand it in preparation of buying your software. I'm at a loss. I understand some of the concept but when creating tables, I don't understand the verbage used. In the manual is states that the program sets up automatically this. Does that mean I need to setup a Db then a user or just the Db. Please if you can, help my confusion. I just want to make sure everything is up and working for the program installation, Thanks.

You would need to create a database on your mysql server. You can give it any name you wish. You will then need to create a user that has permission to the database.

Our install script will ask for your database name, host name, username and password. It will do the rest. Install will setup all tables and populate them automatically.

You really don't need to know php or mysql in order to use scripts such as Ultimate Locator. It does everything for you.
