I know this probably won't get fixed here either. I am doing a test installation for a clien on one of my servers. Had everything go smoothly up until the unlock key found in the specialt_instructions.txt. After having server problems, I uninstalled the script from the server I was one, and went to transfer the site to another server. I had read through the knowledge base to find that there is supposed to be a button where I can re-issue my license when moving it from server to server. However, this is not the case in my control panel. Now, I am getting ready to post a final product up for my client (which will need to be moved to his server to do so), and I can't because of this set-back. I have already submitted a ticket, and have heard nothing back. So much for having an importance selection. So far, I would have to say that I am satisfied with the script (although I haven't gotten the chance to use it, however I am completely dissatisfied with the way I have been left hanging with no repsonse to a ticket that was submitted over 2 days ago....

Captain Peanutes,
We were away for the weekend on a short holiday vacation. It seems our 'auto response' wasn't setup correclty.
You were supposed to get an email back from us, saying that there would be a delay in a support response from us. Unfortunately, they were not being sent out automatically as intended.
We are back in the office now, and are working all our tickets today.
I do appologize for the delay. It's not like us to leave anybody handing, and we will get to your trouble tickets today!
Thanks for understanding.

That's fine. I just can't delay my client any longer. I am going to cancel the PayPal complaint for now. Please remedy this ASAP.
