What's the best way to enter latitude/longitude in the data for zip code lookup?

If you are using the Zip Code Manger tool, it will ask for the following fields when adding a new zip code to your table...
ZipCode
Latitude
Longitude
Example Data:
90210
34.09980
-118.41280

So basically I need to go into my data and enter them in manually?

There are over 42,000 USA zip codes, so I dont' recommend you do them manually.
You were given a usa_zipcodes.txt file with your download, and that files contains all USA zip codes with latitude and longitude coordinates.
You just have to import that file, via the Import Zip Codes tool.
