Hello, on the visitor add script the first box says: Location Name:
How can I change this to say just name? or business name?

Just FTP into your server and download the /locator/templates/visitor_add.htm template.

Open in a text editor, and change the field name to anything you want.

When you are done editing the file, just upload the saved version back to your server in the same spot, overwritting the original.
