I own a license for version 2 with a 6 month upgrade package. How do I download version 3 now? I don't see it available in my profile.

I bought the same package. All it took was opening a support ticket and requesting the license. In a few hours, the license was released and I can start worrying about fiddling with the upgrade.

That is correct!

v3 requires a new license key code, therefore we must deposit a new v3 license into your account. Open a support trouble ticket and let us know you wish to have the upgrade available in your account.
