Trouble Tickets: Submit New Ticket link produces an empty page at http://support.ultimatelocator.com/index.p...s&_m=submit. There were no script errors or any indication of a problem. Contents of the page contained empty BODY tag:

With not working ticket system we found no way of requesting support except posting on this forum. Help still needed. Thank you.

I am assuming you are running an older version of our locator. It is possible that the link is going to a non-existant page because we have upgraded our eSupport Center. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

However, the good news is... just visit our eSupport Center and you'll see a link for 'Submitting New Trouble Ticket'.
