I am very interesting in buying this software for my site. I have an existing database of all the addresses of my customers. I intend to only show customers who have purchased from us in the last 6 months. So weekly I intend to update the database. Rather than wipe it out each time I would like to just hide the ones that are not on my list and show the ones that are. Inserting about 10,000 stores from a text file will be a big strain on the DB, I'd rather just pass a store number. Will the append part of the script just let me update the db by turning the stores on and off? If not are there any other scripts that let me just pass that information and only change the hide field?

Unfortunately there is not any way that will allow you to pass a recordID to the script and it will modify the "hidden" value for that record.

You will have to keep your database of locations on your computer (maybe in MS Excel) and make your updates there. When you are done, simply upload the entire database each time you want to change it. Overwrite your existing each time, and your online database will be an exact copy of your working database that is on your computer. With the latest updates.
