How can a someone with no server/ language skills best accomplish getting this thing up and running.

Do you offer hosting services.

Do you know someone who does?

The fastest way to get it up and running is to pay us to install it for you. This is a minimal fee and we usually get it installed within 24 hours of the request and sometimes the very same day.

We do not offer hosting of the locator, although this is an option we are looking at.

I do know that www.ipowerweb.com supports Ultimate Locator just fine and they charge less then $10 a month.
