If you want to reinstall the software, you will either have to manually create a backup of the key.php file on your local computer and upload it back to your server along with the fresh files, or  you will have to contact support and ask them to reset your registration key in the registration database so you can perform a completely fresh install an go throught the registration steps again. (issue a new key)

so is there a way you can send me a new key so I can reinstall once again correctly this time.

thank you.

yes, it's a good idea to write down your 16 digit key that you are assigned when you install the locator.

If at anytime, you loose the file or delete it, etc.. You can always recreate it from scratch and upload to your server.

You can also email support and ask us, we'll be glad to help.
