I backup the database for my client daily. I had to reinstall the database because of hosting problems. When I click on the restore and upload the systembackup.txt file, it says that it worked but there are no records in the database!
I submitted a trouble ticket several hours ago because the client is upset that their site is down. Can you please offer some help and getting them backup.
