I have put in several email request over several days and have not been able to get an email with password for my UL. I carefully checked even junk mail and nothing so far.

There could be several reasons for this issue.

Please open a trouble ticket for this issue and also please provide your login username/password to your control panel.

Thank you for the speedy reply,however, I have had a severe blonde moment and it is not having a password that is the issue.

Are you saying that your database table does not contain a password for the administrator?

Do you have a database manager, such as phpMyAdmin, that you can use to view/edit mysql directly?
